First Lady meets WildlifeDirect team to discuss wildlife protection

Towards the end of the year, the First Lady of Kenya, H. E. Margaret Kenyatta convened a meeting with conservationists in Kenya on ways we can work together to protect Kenya’s wildlife. WildlifeDirect was represented by Dr Paula Kahumbu, Vincent Ontita and Jim Karani. Dr Kahumbu shared the ambitious initiative by WildlifeDirect where, in collaboration with the Ministries of Education and that of Tourism and Wildlife, we are developing educational materials for pupils and teachers for use in schools.
