My Wild Africa series was screened every Sunday at 5:30 EAT on Citizen TV showcasing wildlife documentaries filmed in Africa. In May of 2021, viewers had an opportunity to learn about African wildlife including lions, lizards, giraffes, ostriches, elephants and gorillas. The National Environment and Management Authority (NEMA) has today revoked the Environmental Impact Assessment license for KiliAvo Farm Fresh Ltd following yesterday’s ruling by the National Environment Tribunal (NET) to throw out the petition to halt NEMA from stopping the farm.

Three people have been arrested and charged with being in possession of a live pangolin. The three Kenyans, all male, were arrested by the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) officers on 2nd September 2020 in Likoni area and charged on 3rd September 2020, at the Chief Magistrates Court in Mombasa.

Fire fighters worked tirelessly during the last two days to contain bush fires that erupted on 8th August at Tsavo West National Park. In a statement to the press, the Kenya Wildlife Service has stated that it suspects that arsonists lit the fires and that police are tracking them down.
